Glucovis 50 is a synergistic blend of two natural gums and offers unique gelling and viscosity-building characteristics. The components of Glucovis 50 interact to allow the formation of either fluid or solid gels depending on the processing method.

Glucovis 50 imparts smooth, non-sticky, tactile properties to gels and emulsions, whilst also possessing incredible tolerance to salts, ethanol and other problematic ingredients.

Glucovis in emulsions:
Due to its high viscosity and suspension properties, Glucovis is the perfect hydrocolloid to use in emulsions to improve stability and structure as well as providing an excellent skin feel.

Glucovis solid gels:
Glucovis can form ʻjelly-likeʼ solid gels that can be cut with a knife. They are cooling, totally non-sticky and can be formulated with varying degrees of rigidity.

Glucovis fluid gels:
With smooth tactile properties and the ability to manipulate the viscosity and ʻhardnessʼ, Glucovis fluid gels offer a unique alternative to common synthetic systems.

Glucovis for particle suspension:
Beads/glitters can be suspended in solid or fluid Glucovis gels with excellent stability. Due to its high efficiency, particle suspension can be achieved even at low viscosities if desired
